  • What is Nextcloud? Nextcloud is an open-source, self-hosted file share and communication platform. It allows you to store your files, documents, photos and videos in one place and access them from any of your devices, anywhere. It also includes features like calendar, contacts, emails, and more.

  • Example - Using Nextcloud in Personal Infrastructure: Suppose you have multiple devices (laptop, phone, tablet) and you want to have access to all your files from any of these devices. You can set up a Nextcloud server on your home network, upload all your files to this server, and then access these files from any of your devices. You can also share files with your family members, collaborate on documents, and keep your data secure and private.
